I own a small commercial cleaning company and as any small business owner knows… if you don’t show up to work, you don’t get paid. Unfortunately, in January the pipes... read more froze up in my home. Dealing with sick children and then having no water on top of that made it unbearable to live with. I searched for a plumber, one of which tried to force his work on my property and started doing the work without my permission. I had to repeatedly tell him to please stop doing the work, and I will get back with him. While continuing my search, I got quotes anywhere between $700 to $2,000 for a very small job. This was out of my budget. After searching and speaking with plumbers, I found one I felt really good in my heart about. I do not know him personally, nor have I ever seen his other work. I had a good gut feeling about him and chose to go with him. His name is Johnnie. He seemed very knowledgeable in speaking with me about my plumbing and reassured me as often as he could. He could get it done, not just in one day, but very quickly. After he arrived, he immediately started working. In under one hour, this young man came knocking on my door, telling me he was done. I was a little shocked. He had come in and he stayed with me probably around 20 minutes to make sure every single faucet and tub was working in my home. Everything was in perfect working condition. Unless you are a single mom or a small business owner, you don’t understand the stress when you lose work due to bad situations. Because of this gentleman coming quickly, doing his job with perfection and honesty, I am doing better. This young man has taken a huge amount of stress off of me. Not only did he charge me a very fair price, but took off a portion of what he originally estimated due to his caring character. He said it did not take him three hours to do this job, so he was not going to charge me for that. Johnnie has more honesty, integrity, and professionalism than I have seen in most contractors, probably in over 10 years. I wish this young man many blessings and that God will bless him huge as he grows in his business.
